Current Project

Brown property services are just finishing a major redevelopment of a circa 1950s property on the Combe estate in Kingston. We have completely refurbished and extended the property with a new two story extension with large roof terrace to the side of the property and the addition of a third floor level to the main house. We have striped back the  the property to its original structure and have replaced all finishes and services together with new windows and a white acrylic render finish externally.

We are also carrying out a complete refurbishment and extension of a regency  house in Launceston place, Kensington.We are constructing a large rear extension with Crittal windows as well as replacing all finishes and services. We are installing a complete control 4 system which will enable the owners to operate all lighting, air conditioning, entertainment, heating and security from any location world wide.

Our latest project is the refurbishment of  a family home in Fulham. We will be adding a rear and side return extension, enlarging an existing loft conversion together with an all finishes and services refurbishment.
